    • Structure Description

    • The CD spectra for all the peptides in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.2) displayed a negative band at approximately 200 nm, indicating that the structure is random. In presence of 0.1% LPS, all the peptides showed characteristic α-helical CD spectra with two dichroic minimal values at 208 and 222 nm and a positive band near 192 nm .
