    • The structural data indicate that NAI-112 is a 22-aa, neutrally charged, glycosylated lanthipeptide containing N-terminal Lab and C-terminal MeLab residues separated by a 4-aa linker. It carries a 6-deoxyhexose moiety N-linked to a tryptophan residue. NAI-112 represents the ?rst occurrence of a lanthipeptide containing a MeLab and an N-glycosylation. NAI-112 and labyrinthopeptin A2 share a similar ring topology.
