- Cliotide T1 shows stronger antimicrobial activity against the Gram-negative bacteria than the Gram-positive bacteria. It also has hemolytic activity against human type A erythrocytes (HD50=7.1 µM) and cytotoxicity against HeLa Cells (IC50=0.6 µM).
