Comments Information
To our knowledge, BacFL31 is the first bacteriocin described as encompassing hydroxyproline residues. BacFL31 exerted bactericidal effect against L. monocytogenes and proved useful for the inhibition of the growth of L. monocytogenes in minced beef meat during storage at 4 Celsius degree.
