DRAMP18311

    • Before both peptides, there is a 5-aa conserved region consisting of the consensus G(LV)E(AP)S. The sequence AYDGE terminates the patellamide A sequence and directly precedes the stop codon. Between the two patellamides, the 8-aa sequence AYDGVEPS seems to encode for both a start and stop cyclization sequence, with the consensus stop sequence being AYDG(EV).
