Structure Description
- Tandem MS analysis identified two sequence tags (Dhb-PGCAK/Q-Dhb-G and I/L-Dhb-Dha-H [due to the use of CID, Dha/Dhb represents either a dehydrated amino acid or a site of thioether bridge cleavage]) that matched the deduced amino acid sequence of BsaA2.Thioether bonds between residues 3 and 7, 8-11, 16-21, and 19-22.
